4. Energization and Custom Preparation

The shipment may be returned to origin. Re-shipping charges will apply.

13. Damaged, Opened, or Tampered Packages

If accepted, damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing proof.


14. Return-to-Origin (RTO) Shipments

If an order is returned due to:

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after deducting:

Customized or energized items are not eligible for refund.
