a) No Refund on Completed Consultations

Once a consultation has been completed (online or offline), no refund will be provided, regardless of satisfaction or outcome.

b) No Guarantee Disclaimer

Astrology is a guidance-based service. Refunds will not be issued based on:

• Dissatisfaction with predictions

• Delay in expected results

• Difference of personal belief

3. Cancellation of Consultation Appointments

a) Client-Initiated Cancellation

• Cancellations requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for refund.

• Cancellations requested more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for rescheduling, not refund.

b) Rescheduling Policy

• One-time rescheduling may be allowed, subject to availability.

• Repeated rescheduling requests may not be entertained.

4. No-Show Policy

If the client:

• Does not attend the consultation

• Does not respond to calls or messages at the scheduled time

The session will be treated as a no-show, and no refund or reschedule will be provided.

5. Cancellation by Astro Dabbu Ji

If a consultation is canceled by Astro Dabbu Ji due to unavoidable reasons:

• The client may choose rescheduling or

• A full refund of the consultation fee

This decision will be communicated clearly to the client.

6. Digital Services and Reports

Digital services such as:

• Horoscope reports

• Written predictions

• Kundli analysis documents

are non-refundable once delivered or shared.

7. Physical Products (Gemstones, Yantras, Puja Items)

a) No Cancellation After Dispatch

Once a physical product is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

b) Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

• Energized gemstones

• Customized yantras

• Horoscope-specific products

These items are prepared specifically for the customer.

8. Refunds for Physical Products (If Applicable)

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The wrong product was delivered

• The product was damaged during transit

In such cases:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

• Clear photos and unboxing proof must be provided

Refunds, if approved, will be processed after verification.

9. Shipping Charges
